CourthouseThe Brown County Circuit Court is responsible for all judicial proceedings in the county. The Court is located in the historic Brown County Courthouse in Nashville, Indiana.

The Court provides a fair, efficient and orderly judicial process to ensure the protection of the rights of all people and the community. The Court is committed to administration of justice and ensures that all persons are treated with fairness and respect.
